Allexa Schabel
Allexa is a certified reformer and mat pilates instructor graduating at Breathe Education. She has trained since the age of 2 as a dancer, graduated post secondary dance, and has taught it for over 10 years. Incorporating her knowledge and skill, Allexa provides a balanced class of strength, flexibility, endurance and range of motion. Allexa values every person that shows up and celebrates their small wins.

Andrea Bosco
Andrea Bosco has been a student of yoga for over 20 years and in 2012 decided to change career paths and become an instructor. She is a 350 hr certified yoga instructor and has been teaching classes and running wellness retreats for over 10 years. In 2019 she completed her Meditation and Relaxation specialist certification, which is now a large part of her practice and teaching. Andrea believes that yoga is not just a physical practice, but also a mental and spiritual one that can help individuals connect with themselves and the world around them. Through her teachings, Andrea hopes to inspire others to discover the transformative power of yoga and embrace a healthier, more mindful lifestyle.

Cassandra is an experienced yoga practitioner and teacher, who fell in love with yoga over 10 years ago while rehabilitating from an injury. With a background in dance and kinesiology, she completed her 250hr yoga teacher training at Yoga Tree studios and her 500hr training with Yoga Medicine. Cassandra's classes are focused on correct alignment, creativity, and self-awareness.

Danielle Oliver
As an experienced yoga teacher with over 9 years of personal practice, and 4+ years of teaching experience, I hold a 200-hour yoga teacher certificate, along with specialized training in yoga anatomy and Yin yoga. Beyond traditional yoga instruction, I integrate holistic wellness principles, including sound therapy and crystal healing, into my classes, fostering well-being on all levels. My classes focus on creative movements and inspiring intentions, grounding our body and minds into the practice, and leaving the outside world behind, even for a short while. Outside the studio, I find peace in nature and enjoy indulging in matcha lattes, nurturing a balanced lifestyle both on and off the mat
